How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for weddings, especially for peak season dates (May-October). Corporate events can often be booked with shorter notice, depending on availability. Early booking ensures your preferred date and gives us time to customize our performance to your specific needs.

Yes! We offer ceremony music packages that include processional, recessional, and prelude music. We can perform acoustic versions of your favorite songs or traditional wedding classics. Our ceremony packages can be combined with reception entertainment for a complete musical experience.

Absolutely! We love learning new songs that are meaningful to our clients. We can typically accommodate 2-3 special requests per event with advance notice of at least 4 weeks. Whether it’s your first dance song, a family favorite, or a cultural tradition, we’ll work to make it perfect for your special day.

Our wedding packages include professional sound equipment, wireless microphones, lighting, setup and breakdown, and coordination with your venue. We also provide background music during breaks, a diverse setlist spanning multiple decades and genres, and can accommodate special song requests with advance notice.
Yes! We love taking requests and reading the crowd to keep the dance floor packed. While we can’t guarantee every request (especially if it’s outside our repertoire), we have an extensive catalog covering multiple genres and decades. We’re always happy to try to accommodate requests that fit the vibe of your celebration.
For outdoor events, we always have contingency plans in place. We bring weather-resistant equipment covers and can quickly move to indoor backup locations if needed. We work closely with you and your venue to ensure seamless transitions and that the music never stops, regardless of weather conditions.
Yes! We offer uplighting packages and special effects including fog machines, intelligent lighting, and synchronized light shows. These add-ons can transform your venue and create an unforgettable atmosphere. We’ll work with your venue’s lighting and coordinate with your wedding planner to create the perfect ambiance.
We love including family members in the celebration! Whether it’s a musical family member wanting to perform a special song, a toast with musical accompaniment, or a surprise performance, we’re happy to coordinate. We can provide additional microphones and work with performers during soundcheck to ensure everything goes smoothly.
